ICP DAS DL-10 is a compact remote temperature, humidity, and dew point sensing module with RS-485 Modbus RTU communication. Measuring temperature from -25°C to +75°C with ±0.4°C accuracy and humidity from 0–95% RH with ±3% RH accuracy, the DL-10 features a 3 m integrated cable, magnetic and wall mount options, ultra-low 0.05 W power consumption, and a tiny 25×20.2×30 mm form factor for easy deployment in space-constrained environments.
ICP DAS DL-10 is a miniature RS-485 remote sensing module that simultaneously measures temperature, humidity, and calculated dew point in real time. Designed for reliable environmental monitoring across a wide range of industrial, commercial, and infrastructure applications, the DL-10 combines accurate sensor performance with a remarkably compact 25×20.2×30 mm body and ultra-low power consumption of just 0.05 W — making it ideal for battery-assisted or energy-constrained deployments.
The built-in sensor measures temperature from -25°C to +75°C with 0.1°C resolution and ±0.4°C typical accuracy, and relative humidity from 0% to 95% RH with 0.1% RH resolution and ±3% RH typical accuracy at 20–80% RH. Dew point is calculated in real time from the measured temperature and relative humidity values, providing a third environmental parameter without requiring an additional sensor. All three values are accessible via standard Modbus RTU register reads over the RS-485 interface, with baud rates from 1,200 to 115,200 bps.
The DL-10 comes with a 3 m integrated cable terminating in a combined power and RS-485 connector, simplifying wiring to the host RS-485 network or converter. Two mounting options are supported: wall mount with a screw hole (Ø4.2 mm) for permanent installation, and magnetic mount for rapid deployment on metal surfaces such as server racks, electrical cabinets, and refrigeration units — no drilling or adhesive required. The module is available in white (DL-10) and black (DL-10-BK) cover variants to match the installation environment.
Configuration is performed using DCON Utility Pro, a free Windows-based configuration tool that provides an intuitive interface for setting the Modbus address, baud rate, and data format parameters. With a wide power input range of +10 to +30 VDC and an operating temperature range of -25°C to +75°C, the DL-10 is suitable for cold chain monitoring, HVAC control, food & beverage quality assurance, pharmaceutical storage, museum/archive preservation, and building energy management applications.
