As the precision "-P" variant of the DL-100TM485 series, the DL-100TM485PS delivers superior measurement accuracy of ±0.3°C for temperature and ±1.8% RH for humidity — compared to ±0.4°C and ±3% RH on the standard model — making it the preferred choice for applications requiring tighter measurement tolerances such as pharmaceutical storage, laboratory environments, and HACCP-compliant food processing.
The built-in LCD display provides on-site readout of temperature (°C and °F simultaneously), humidity (%RH), dew point, and module ID — enabling immediate local verification without requiring a connected PC or handheld tool. Dew point is calculated in real time from the measured temperature and relative humidity values, providing a critical third environmental parameter relevant to condensation risk assessment and HVAC optimization.
The internal data logger stores up to 4,088 temperature and humidity records with a configurable time interval from 10 seconds to 1 day. Two logging modes are supported: overwrite mode (continuously logs, overwriting oldest records when full) and stop mode (halts logging when storage is full). The overwrite cycle endurance is rated at 1,000,000 cycles, ensuring long operational life. The included DL Utility software provides a Windows-based interface for installation, configuration, data retrieval, and chart-based visualization — with direct Excel export for further analysis and reporting.
IP66 waterproof rating and a robust 82×172×55 mm housing with a 380 mm integrated cable make the DL-100TM485PS suitable for outdoor, semi-outdoor, or washdown environments. Both DIN-rail and wall mount installation options are supported. The unit communicates via RS-485 Modbus RTU at baud rates from 1,200 to 115,200 bps, with a wide power input of +10 to +30 VDC and ultra-low 0.15 W power consumption.
