ICP DAS DL-100TM485S is the standard-accuracy variant of the DL-100TM485 Series — an IP66 waterproof temperature and humidity data logger module designed for reliable environmental monitoring across industrial, commercial, and cold chain applications. With temperature accuracy of ±0.4°C over a -20°C to +60°C range and humidity accuracy of ±3% RH over 0–100% RH, the DL-100TM485S delivers dependable measurements for general-purpose applications including warehouse monitoring, HVAC control, building energy management, and food & beverage quality assurance.
The built-in LCD display provides on-site readout of temperature in both °C and °F, relative humidity, dew point, and module ID — enabling immediate local verification without a connected PC or handheld device. Dew point is calculated in real time from measured temperature and humidity values, providing a valuable third parameter for condensation risk and HVAC applications.
The internal data logger stores up to 4,088 records with a configurable time interval ranging from 10 seconds to 1 day. Two logging modes are supported: overwrite mode (circular logging, overwrites oldest records when full) and stop mode (halts logging when storage is full), with an overwrite cycle endurance rated at 1,000,000 cycles. The included DL Utility software provides a Windows-based interface for configuration, data retrieval, and chart-based visualization with direct Excel export for further analysis and compliance reporting.
The IP66 waterproof-rated 82×172×55 mm housing with 380 mm integrated cable makes the DL-100TM485S suitable for outdoor, semi-outdoor, and washdown installations. Both DIN-rail and wall mount options are supported. RS-485 Modbus RTU communication supports baud rates from 1,200 to 115,200 bps with a wide +10 to +30 VDC power input and ultra-low 0.15 W power consumption. Available in black (DL-100TM485S) and white (DL-100TM485S-W) cover variants.
For applications requiring tighter measurement tolerances, the high-accuracy DL-100TM485PS (±0.3°C / ±1.8% RH) is recommended.
