ICP DAS PM-3133 Series is a three-phase smart power meter delivering True RMS power measurements with better than 0.5% watt accuracy (PF=1). Supporting 3P4W, 3P3W, 1P3W, and 1P2W wiring configurations with clip-on CTs up to 400 A, voltage measurement up to 500 V, bi-directional energy metering, THD analysis, 2 relay alarm outputs, and communication via Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP (PoE), EtherNet/IP, or CANopen — the PM-3133 Series enables real-time energy monitoring for both low and medium/high voltage applications.
ICP DAS PM-3133 Series is a compact, cost-effective three-phase smart power meter designed for real-time energy monitoring and power quality analysis in industrial and commercial facilities. With watt accuracy better than 0.5% at PF=1, the PM-3133 delivers reliable energy consumption readings across a wide measurement range — from 10 to 500 VAC input voltage and current inputs from 0.05 A up to 400 A — making it suitable for both low voltage primary side and medium/high voltage secondary side installations worldwide.
The series supports five wiring configurations: 3P4W-3CT, 3P3W-2CT, 3P3W-3CT, 1P2W-1CT, and 1P3W-2CT, covering virtually all three-phase and single-phase power distribution topologies. A full suite of power parameters is measured and reported in real time with 1-second data update rate: True RMS voltage (Vrms), True RMS current (Irms), active power (kW), active energy (kWh), apparent power (kVA), apparent energy (kVAh), reactive power (kVAR), reactive energy (kVARh), power factor (PF), frequency (45–65 Hz), and total harmonic distortion (THD). Bi-directional energy metering supports both import and export energy measurement — essential for solar PV, co-generation, and net metering applications.
Installation is simplified by the revolutionary wired clip-on CT design. Available in seven CT sizes — Ø10 mm (5 A/60 A), Ø16 mm (100 A), Ø24 mm (200 A), and Ø36 mm (300 A/400 A) — the clip-on CTs can be installed around existing conductors without disconnecting power, significantly reducing installation time and safety risk in live panel environments.
Two Form A power relay outputs (5 A @ 250 VAC / 30 VDC) enable direct connection to sirens, warning lights, or contactors for alarm notification when power parameters exceed user-defined thresholds. Four communication variants are available: PM-3133 (RS-485, Modbus RTU), PM-3133-MTCP (Ethernet, Modbus TCP + PoE), PM-3133-EIP (Ethernet, EtherNet/IP), and PM-3133-CPS (CANopen), allowing seamless integration into virtually any industrial control or energy management network architecture. The Modbus TCP variant supports PoE for simplified single-cable installation.
With a compact DIN-style form factor (110 × 127 × 35.6 mm), wide DC power input (+12 to +48 VDC), only 2 W power consumption, and an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C, the PM-3133 Series is certified to IEC 61010-1 and EN 61010-1 safety standards and is RoHS compliant.
